"State Farm is notorious for dropping customers for using their insurance. I got dinged for a claim I made on accident and was assured would be taken off my record, it was not. I cancelled two auto policies they offered me $12 for 2+ months of paid premiums. I had to inquire three times in order to get my nearly $400. I don't have anything negative to say about the staff. Unfortunately, I don't have anything nice to say about the company as a whole."
